Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only cleanings, no! Our team can work without you there — just make sure gates are unlocked or leave a gate code when you book. For interior cleanings, someone needs to be home to let us in.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Our pure-water cleaning is rain-proof once it dries — but if it's actively raining, we'll text you to reschedule. No charge, no hassle. We'll find the next clear slot that works for you.
How long does a cleaning take?
Most homes take between 1 and 2 hours. Larger homes or jobs that include pressure washing or gutters can take longer — we'll give you a heads-up after we arrive.
What's the Xero DI system?
It's a professional deionization setup that strips every mineral out of the water before it hits your glass. That means when it dries, there's nothing left to leave spots. It's the same system used on commercial buildings — and it's why our results last months.
Do you clean screens, tracks, and frames too?
Yes — every exterior cleaning includes frames, sills, tracks, and screens. This matters! If you only clean the glass, the next rain washes dirt from the frames right back down your window. We clean the whole thing.
How do I pay?
